In this workshop, we will gently touch upon the Heartbeat map of The 5Rhythms. We recognize ouremotions as waves of energy and our allies, giving the heart space to be and feel. Open to all levels of experience and abilities.
Closest large airport is Salt Lake City, UT. It’s a 2 hour drive from there. Accommodation is up each individual with many hotels in town having their own hot springs available for guests. Ride shares are also possible as you won’t need a car once in town. Most people stay Sunday night after the workshop to enjoy another deep soak! Contact Heeraa for accommodation suggestions
